Located at the dead end of calle quetzal you will run into 10 hectares of land which is bordered by creeks and flourishing with wildlife.  There are several areas that can be developed within and still preserve nature or perfect for someone who wants a lot of privacy.  This is home to many big hardwoods including a beautiful Ceibo seen in the photos.

This farm is minutes away from all of the amenities that Ojochal has to offer.  Ojochal is known as the culinary capital of Costa Rica because of it’s worldly cuisine.  Within 15 minutes you are at some of the most natural beaches in the southern pacific.  Many more amenities are coming to Ojochal, soon to have tennis courts and a gym close by as well.

There is a small water fall on the property and a hike up the river a little ways and will run into a much bigger waterfall!  With 25 acres to roam there is all kind of exploring to do or to develop.
