Our story began humbly in 2004, born out of a roadside restaurant where Kevin Champagne’s father sold ceviche. A simple act of helping a friend post a property ad quickly blossomed into a thriving business, fueled by word of mouth and the undeniable charm of Costa Ballena. Today, under the leadership of Kevin Champagne, who took the reins in 2014, OTP has grown into a dynamic team of 11 dedicated professionals, each sharing a deep love for this area and a commitment to our clients.
