Kevin Champagne is the founder and broker of Osa Tropical Properties. He has lived in Costa Rica for most of his life and has worked in real estate since 2004, building deep local knowledge of the Costa Ballena and South Pacific regions.
Kevin is known for his educational, transparent approach, helping foreign buyers understand not only the opportunities but also the risks involved in purchasing property in Costa Rica. His focus is on long-term client satisfaction, informed decision-making, and building trust through clarity.
Kevin lives in Costa Rica with his family and remains actively involved in every aspect of the business.
