This lot is located in a gated community, in the mountains above the charming village of Ojochal.  It features expansive ocean and valley views.  Electricity, legal water and fiber-optic internet are all available at the roadside.  The altitude is high enough for wonderful, tropical breezes to help keep you cool.  This particular lot does require some extensive earth movement to create a perfected building site, however we have several recommended crews nearby that can accomplish this task.
