Soft, cushy sofas to relax on while watching your favorite films after playing in the sun all day sure are nice! A hallway on the left takes you to the master bedroom. The bed is a double king, and big! The master bath has his and her sinks, as well as two shower heads in the large stone shower. The bathroom walls, painted with a colorful jungle scene by a local artist, make it superb. The very cute custom kids’ room is at the end of the hall, after passing the rather large guest room or second bedroom. Cane de India, a rare small-diameter wood, was chosen to highlight the walls and continues high up into the ceilings. Even in the middle of the day, the temperature is pleasant.The master and unique children’s rooms each have lofts for an additional sleeping area. Having tile floors throughout the property makes cleaning a breeze.There are three bedrooms, though it is extremely simple to see how one would create two or more by dividing the spaces a bit more. The office, across the hall from the guest bedroom, opens to an atrium. On one side of this open-air space, you have the laundry room, and the other leads you outside to a gorgeous reading space with a full bath and one wall open to nature. It is a great space.

THE CABINAS!
Two of them, which have two beds each and their own private full baths, sit across a wooden walkway from the outdoor recreational area. The other six will be visible as you drive up to the main house.These six have a stairway connecting them to the main house and recreation area, woven smoothly into the hillside alongside native beach almond trees. Four are together in a mini-hotel fashion, with two up top and two below. Each unit is made of beautiful local teak, with natural stone accents throughout, and serves as the basis for the entire bathroom.giving you a very cozy yet upscale feel.The two others are next door to these and are at ground level. The two rooms have a private kitchen and lounge area, two beds, and a laundry room between them. They share a door so that they can be easily connected for a suite layout.

THE SETTING!!!
When you are anywhere on this incredible piece of land, it feels so private and like you are miles and miles from any other humans. You hear the cascading waterfalls from the pool and the constant chatter of different wild birds, so it is easy to see why.
when the location really can’t get any better! A short walk to the best grocery store, bank, pizza restaurant, hardware store, surf shop, mechanic, pharmacy, and doctor, local restaurants, a bakery, and the ocean is less than a five-minute drive… Seriously, a little slice of heaven tucked away and around the corner from the hustle and bustle of our little town of Uvita.
