Keith Richman has over 35 years of residential real estate experience in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has enjoyed working in all aspects of the business from working with first-time buyers to running a new home development. What he has always enjoyed most, however, has been sharing the joy and excitement of buyers who find just the right home and of seeing sellers who are able to move forward with their plans for themselves and their families.

Keith was a life-long resident of the San Francisco Bay Area. He moved to Costa Rica in January of 2016 looking for relaxation and adventure. He now lives in Ojochal with his wife, Cindy, and their 5 dogs and 2 cats. Like many of the expats who have moved into the area, they both believe that it is important to contribute to the community.

Among other things, Cindy is active in animal welfare and rescue and Keith teaches English at the local elementary school. Keith is very happy to be here in Costa Rica and he’s looking forward to working with you.
