Katherine has been a full-time resident of Ojochal since 2018. With the help of Osa Tropical Properties, she was able to purchase her dream lot in Ojochal and build her home and yoga studio amid a diverse community of international expats and Costa Ricans.

Prior to moving to Ojochal, Katherine lived outside of San Jose, Costa Rica where she worked as an English teacher at Lincoln School. She has always had an interest and passion for real estate and was a licensed real estate agent in the U.S. She purchased, renovated, and sold several homes in the U.S. for significant returns before deciding to make Costa Rica her next home.

Katherine has always loved Costa Rica for its beauty, ecological diversity, and most of all, the amazing people who call it home. She is excited to help others find their perfect property in the place she has chosen to call home, too.
